On March 27, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy M53 5G

Over the last two weeks, Samsung has released a slew of low- and mid-range smartphones. Another might be added to this ever-expanding list in the coming days. The Galaxy M53 5G will be released on March 27, according to Twitter user @chunvn8888.

We’ve been aware of the existence of this phone for some time. It was discovered earlier this month in a Geekbench listing, sporting a MediaTek Dimensity 900 CPU, 6GB of RAM, and Android 12-based software. A huge leak a few days ago then disclosed all of its important specifications.

According to the leak, the Galaxy M53 5G would include a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. At the very least, it should be an FHD panel. The smartphone will also be available with 8GB of RAM and storage capacities of 128GB and 256GB. The Android 12-based software we described is Samsung’s One UI 4.1, the most recent version of the company’s proprietary software.

On the rear of the gadget, there will be a 108-megapixel main camera. It will come with an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor for portrait photography. A 32-megapixel sensor is used for the front-facing camera.

The Galaxy M53 5G will come with a 5,000mAh battery and 25W rapid charging. As predicted, Samsung would not provide a charger with the device. You’ll need to purchase one separately or utilize your current charger. However, the USB cable will be included in the package.

Another Galaxy M series phone will be released with the Galaxy M53 5G.

According to the same source, the Galaxy M53 5G will be available in Vietnam on March 27 with the Galaxy M33 5G. The latter was introduced by Samsung earlier this month. However, it has yet to go on sale.

Recently, Samsung Vietnam teased the March 27 debut of a new smartphone on its Facebook page. However, the gadget seen in the teaser does not seem to be the Galaxy M53 5G. It instead closely resembles the back design of the Galaxy M33 5G. The square-shaped camera island, as well as the placement of the lenses and LED flash unit, are identical.

Unfortunately, this implies that we have yet to get confirmation on the design of the Galaxy M53 5G. We’ll have to wait and see whether the two phones have the same back design. Fortunately, the wait is no longer extremely lengthy. We’ll keep you updated.
